OUHUA ENERGY HOLDINGS LIMITED ("Ouhua Energy" or the "Group") is the third largest importer and distributor of liquefied petroleum gas ("LPG") in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") by quantity, counting global companies like Shantou Caltex Co., Ltd amongst our main competitors. We import raw materials such as butane and propane into port terminals onsite, and blend them into LPG in specifications best suited to customers' needs.
