Detailed Reason (s) for cessation Mr. Xie was not originally from Guangdong province, where Ouhua's company office is based. Mr. Xie had to spend a significant amount of time away from his family while working in Ouhua the last few years. With the intention of providing better care for his family, Mr. Xie decided to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Xie will be providing assistance to the new Chief Financial Officer in the process of handing over till 30 June 2023.
